Seen a post where an Engineering student got a 3.8 GPA after using an online service for his exams

I dont want to talk about cheating in exams,i recently objected to using AI in my previous post so someone followed me through and showed me his transcript after getting excelllent scores and told me he'd used an online service,liased with an Engineering expert and he got a 3.8gpa,.i asked the reason and he told me he was under drugs and his mental health was bad but wanted to pass the exams,.under what cirucmstaces can you fell pity here? am astonished to death
