What is the deal with these sellers? Duplicate accounts selling high value items in volume and a magazine or some junk.

I've been on the hunt for a while for a high speed SSD, and I noticed a pattern where fairly new accounts sell them with few, but positive feedback. Based on the positive feedback, they sell many of these high value items, and they always have a magazine for auction.

I get it, "items fell off the truck", and the small value items are needed to boost feedback, but why create duplicate accounts? These are most likely one person who could just run these from one account, and instead of having many accounts with a few reviews, could have many positive feedback.

I regret it, but I pulled the trigger, and bought one of their items. They don't answer to questions, and gave a tracking number that is from the US (I'm in UK) with fedex, saying it's already delivered. I'm not overly worried because of ebay buyer protection, just curious what's their purpose.
