Do you have an uncommon/pauper deck you play at "regular" EDH tables? Can you hang?

I want to be able to say something along the lines of "this is a pauper deck consisting of nothing but commons with an uncommon commander" OR EVEN SOMETHING LIKE "this deck only consists of commons and uncommons (including the commander)."

I'd like to know if anyone out there runs decks similar to these restrictions at regular EDH tables and can hang? If so, would you please share your list if available, as well as sharing your 3-5 most impactful/favorite cards and WINCONS?! Thanks
