Alternative Cover PHB and DMG Availability?

Firstly for the quick minds: Will the alternate cover versions of the rulebooks be available again at some point or should I think of these as special editions that were only printed once?

now in detail: now with the imminent release of the 2024 MM I finally decided to buy the whole set of new rulebooks. I saw that there is a version with an alternative cover for all three, which I absolutely love the art style of and therefore desperately want to buy. However, I found out that the books are sold out EVERYWHERE and there is no date to be found when or if they will be available again. Can anyone help me with this? I've already written to Wizard Support, who didn't respond to my question at all in my first email, and in the second, when asked, said they couldn't provide any information. Pls Wizard take my f**king money! I just want to buy these beautiful books!

Oh i forgot. I live in germany and try to buy an english Version of the Books
