Best deals on mined?

Suggestions where to look? Think I want mined 2.4-3.2 carats. Know I should save the money and get a lab but I can't get as excited about one. Think I may be happier with a little bit lower quality mined. Still needs to look good. I want a deal and am not in a rush!
