1 year 4 month old dachshund not liking her food but will happily eat human food and is happy?

my mini goes on and off between liking and not liking her food. i give her 1/4 cup of Royal Canin Dachshund dry food & 1/2 cup of Hills Science Diet wet food mixed together daily. I have been out of town for 8 days with my mom watching her so her schedule had to change slightly. She has barely eaten since Monday. She will not eat her food even if I sprinkle some shredded cheese on top but will happily eat some boiled chicken. She has become so thin but is still very happy and loves to play. Should I be alarmed? Is she just being dramatic? Do I need to change her food? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
