Self Revive Exploit or Hack?

After I downed a player he literally got up immediatly and killed me. While watching the kill cam, i saw that he spammed the self-revive key, cancelling the animation, and manage to reduce the time to heal. Unfortunately I didn't manage to make a video but I need to know if this is a new exploit or a hack or anything else.
