System integration progress, via dinosaur stuffed animals 🦖🦕

Our alters, especially the ones formed in childhood, have slowly each been adopting stuffed animals for themselves. Our local Goodwill thrift store has a fantastic collection, for $4 each, and we're up to about 25 in our menagerie. It's been amazingly good for healing and integration.

Today my worst remaining persecutor -- the one who can still reduce me to quivering jelly -- agreed to adopt one. They chose a red Tyrannosaurus Rex, similar to this one: https://www.buildabear.com/red-raptor-stuffed-animal/027457.html

Slow progress. They also admitted today that I (host) am not stupid or a jerk, even if they're still very angry at me.
