Help required to identify a method/pattern for an abandoned project

I have started this scarf sometime during the lockdown and have not touched it since, in fact haven’t done any crochet at all which is sad to admit! I finally decided that I want to finish it but have now forgotten how to continue, stupidly didn’t take any notes at the time nor saved the pattern. Could anyone please help to identify the method?
