Alex puts nonbelievers into two groups, I cant remember what they are can someone refresh my memory?

He says theres two groups of nonbelievers. One group who would jump at the idea of a god and is open minded to its existence but doesnt see the evidence of it. And the other group would be ignorant to any proof of a god even it it was right in front of them. They actively would not accept any form of a god.
