Feeling guilty!!!

So, as you guys know dec 24 is coming and I'm currently doing my revisions. I've set targets for everyday and start my revision from 8:30-9:00 am and it goes till 12:30-1:00 pm. The thing is sometimes I finish my target earlier (say around 10:30-11:00pm) even if I want to study I physically cant. I feel very guilty if I don't study till atleast 12:00 pm. Do anyone of you guys feel the same? Please tell me I'm not the only one.
