Out of the loop…how does she make money?

I follow a RE blog and saw she bought this house for a ton of money. I realized I hadn’t heard of her outside of the early YT days and her Netflix show in awhile, I went to SocialBlade it says she may make 160K this year for her YT channel, so how else does she make money to afford this house? Does she tour? Promotional content? Just wondering bc that’s a hefty mortgage for videos complaining about the life she architected
