Aavin covai app problem

So we were told that the payment hereafter has to be online so to do that we have to install the aavin covai app and verify ourselves. I have been trying for so long now to verify but it keep showing please wait. I couldn't verify. I tried calling the support number its switched off. Somebody tell me something yaar.
