Allergy in Coimbatore

Does anyone have allergic rhinitis (sneezing) when in Coimbatore? When I travel to other places, I'm totally fine. But Coimbatore is a nightmare for me. I see a lot of dust particles in the morning and the air is pretty dry.

Anyone facing the same?
