Trying to figure out this recipe

was visiting the Grand Asian Market in Cary NC and was trying to figure out what this dish I had is. The workers at the front were not sure. It s a braised chicken recipe I know that. The workers there mostly spoke Chinese, so I wouldn’t assume it would be a dish from any other country.

I want to reproduce the recipe but my pallet isn’t the best to separate ingredients.

My original thought it was a red braised chicken recipe

Obviously it had soy sauce, scallions, chicken thighs/drums, some cornstarch or similar due to the chicken has a crispy coating.

Any thoughts?
