Isn't She Lovely

I'm in love. I decided to join the CX-5 Fam after my last car (2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo manual) tried to eat a herd of deer at 65mph, exactly one month after I had made my final payment. Thankfully, after buying it for a killer deal in 2019, and getting one hell of an offer from the insurance company, talking them higher even from there, I wasn't going to be totally screwed. I knew the things that I valued the most for a potential replacement, and then landed on this beauty (2019 GT with comfortable upgrades like leather ventilated seats, sunroof, roof rack rails) and couldn't be happier. Well, aside from the touchscreen ghost touches when the car's not moving. That gets annoying and I have to wait a little bit before taking advantage of my bumper-to-bumper to replace it. But that seems manageable after lurking here on this community and reading about the issue. You all are very helpful and I love reading how much everybody seems to love their cars 🥰

I drive A LOT for work in my area, commuting over an hour both ways a couple times a week, but driving plenty even on local days, so a car that seems to be made for the driver's comfort (like these seem to be) has been such a breath of fresh air. I'm excited to start upgrading it for distance travels, and would LOVE recommendations on cargo mats for the back, car camping supplies, roof rack and tech since it has the side rails already, and anything else you guys have decided you can't live without, or wish you had gotten sooner!

[For context, those values and features that I looked for were: driving comfort as well as "enthusiastic driving" capability, cargo space (needs to carry a ton of boxes for work, also full sized drum set when playing shows), fuel efficiency, modern comforts like audio tech and heated seats (imagine my joy when I learned about the COOLING SEATS and that the rear are heated as well), and maybe most importantly - STYLE, which it brings in force]
