Boneless Beef "Short Ribs"

I bought boneless beef short ribs in bulk (which I know are technically not short ribs) for a dinner party. I usually buy these pre-cut but I went to a new butcher in town and they had them by the slab. My question...the meat was labeled on the price tag as "pichana ao avesdo recheada" which translates to a stuffed beef. I think the butcher just chose that to give me a break on the price ($7/lb vs. expected $10/lb) since I was buying 10 pounds worth. See picture--these look like boneless short ribs to me. I plan to cut them into 4-5 servings each. Thoughts? Just want to be sure I have a braising cut of meat.
