IVF implantation and crazy high blood sugars

Hi all, T1 here. I just went through an IVF embryo transfer a few days ago and the last two days my blood sugars have been uncontrollably high. Like over 300 for 6 hours, 20 units of insulin, changing sites, etc. I very rarely go above 200 so I just feel absolutely gross and frustrated. just curious if anyone else has experienced this in very early pregnancy (hopefully!) and if you have any suggestions? Thank you!
