college advice

educational_info: 65% in 12th and 5 lakh rank in jee mains
didn't get any college (i didn't applied to amity galgotia etc. not interested in them) . i am thinking of going abroad for btech (cse) can you guys recommend some budget friendly countries/colleges. my parents can pay upto 10 lakhs pa will take a loan as well
