Foreign blurays

I’m italian and usually find some steals in french. Maybe the disc has the italian audio so it’s fine, but I don’t know for my collection. What do you think? It’s worth buying a bluray or 4k that has the same front (or with the add of a subtitle in french) and the back all in french?
