Can Shunsui choose who gets affected by his bankai?
The reason I ask this is because when activated it seems to cover a massive portion of 1 of the squad 0 ridens. However while some characters are in that range it does seem to affect them. Is it only spiritual pressure? Because if not it would make shunsui a very good team mate to have in a vs battle.
