Is it possible to come to the conclusion that God is a trinity?

Now, I was raised as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and I still primarily believe in that line of thought, but I’ve come across videos and articles from trinitarians that seem at least somewhat convincing. It’s not like some of these people don’t know their scripture. They write books on the trinity, preach sermons, share it in public, etc.

I guess what I’m asking is, do you think that some individuals genuinely come to the conclusion that God is a trinity or are they just parroting what they heard/were taught growing up?

Reading the scriptures (now I’m no theologian of any sorts), I can understand why people believe in a literal hellfire. Why most aren’t against blood transfusions (JW). Why some are okay with going to war. Etc.
