Viennese fingers

I got into Viennese fingers last year after finding out that they're surprisingly easy to make. So now of course I'm trying them in all sorts of ways! For these I used Thida's recipe (@thida.bevington on Instagram, the recipe is in her highlights) recipe which works really well and is super simple. I dipped one end of each finger in white chocolate and then sandwiched them together with vanilla buttercream. They feel far too special for every day but everyone deserves a treat now and again.
