HELP! BMBF not working saying "App not installed"

There was another reddit with the same problems but it was of no help and it was made 2 yrs ago.

Im having a problem when BMBF is saying "app not installed" after trying to install it on the BMBF in the quest (2), I tried to fix it by restarting the whole process by deleting BMBF and beat saber fully and installing both again, but it didnt change at all. If theres someone else who had experienced this or someone who know what i did wrong please help.
