What does your workout schedule look like? (Adult restarting ballet)

Hi all. I am an adult restarting ballet (I danced as a kid from age 4-16). I am currently taking two classes a week at beginner level 2 but was thinking of adding a third class at beginner level 1 so that I can go at a slightly slower pace and hopefully hone some skills that I'm a bit shaky on.

Anyways this is what my schedule looks like (will start implementing it next week).

Note: My schedule has been edited based on feedback from you guys.

Monday: Figure skate (1 hour); Strength training lower body (40 minutes)

Tuesday: Ballet II (1.5 hours)

Wednesday: Ballet II (1.5 hours - optional); Figure skate (1 hour)

Thursday: REST

Friday: Figure skate (1 hour); Strength training upper body

Saturday: Ballet II (1.5 hours)

Sunday: REST

And I will try to stretch every day at least 15 minutes and also try to walk around 8,000 - 10,000 steps as well.

So, what do you think? Is this too much? What do your schedules look like?
