Can't remove all sratches, thoughts?

I am using a maxshine microfiber pad, combined with Carpro's UltraCut, and I cant for the love of god take off minor scratches, I am doing 5 to 6 passes, and using a rotary at around 1500 rpm

I clean the pad after every section.

First pic is without any passes and second pic is with 5 to 6 passes but the paint is getting kinda hot and I don't want to burn it through, any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
