Skin hypersensitivity when I have a fever and chills-what is this called?

My entire life every time I've had a fever and chills, my skin becomes hypersensitive. It isn't painful, it just feels extremely irritating and uncomfortable when anything touches my skin. I can't even wear things that aren't super soft (normally I can at least wear a cotton shirt, for example, but when i'm sick I can't). I was wondering why this symptom doesn't have a name, why it isn't listed under symptoms for these things; flu, covid, sinus infections, chicken pox, strep throat- I've had it with all of these yet it's never listed as a symptom!

Some people on Facebook told me this sounds like fibromyalgia, but that doesn't make sense because I don't have any of those symptoms. It isn't pain at all, and I've only had this happen when I am coming down with an illness. I'm completely fine when I'm not sick. I also had it as a small child and as far as I know, fibro is rare in young kids.

Does anyone else experience this? I wonder if this just happens to Autistic people who have hypersensitivity issues normally?
