Feel like we overpaid due to fomo…major buyer’s remorse

My partner and I have been looking to buy for too long so decided to pull the trigger on a house that is okay but not perfect.

We feel like we overpaid by about 60-80k and are now feeling some major buyer’s remorse after we realised that price’s probably won’t be going up too much over the next year and that we probably should have waited some more for a place we would truly enjoy.

Does the buyer’s remorse go away?
