Solar quote

I recently got a quote for my solar installation and I wanted to get some opinions from those who’s invested in solar and some of the savings / benefits. I believe I’ve been quoted for a 12.32kW system (28 440w Suntech panels) and a 10kW Sungrow hybrid inverter for $11k post government subsidies.

The quote was from SAE group

1. Is this quote reasonable?

2. Are the brands being used well known?

3. What are some average savings people have been making from their solar panels.
