[Hitman] How would Agent 47 wipe out an entire area?

Say 47 is doing as usual until Diana tells him that the client has changed the objective, they want everyone in the area(over 200 people) gone with the original targets and are giving $50 k per person along with the original payment. How would 47 complete such a task?
