Taking pills and injections at the same time

Hello! I just wanted to ask something, I live in Spain and my endo prescribed me decapeptyl 12 weeks as a blocker and also estradiol valerate pills (4 mg) when I started (almost two years ago) but I started taking more at a certain month mark cause even though my testosterone was undetectable my estradiol wasn’t even over 100 pg/ml, it was at like 80 pg/ml. After taking 8mg a day I got more blood tests done and my estradiol was like 99 pg/ml, so I decided to go DIY and get estradiol valerate injections illegally.

I buy them for a girl here in Spain, and I inject 4 mg every 7 days. I still take the blocker. However, because I was so dysphoric I decided to take the 8mg pills every day at the same time I got the injections, and my estradiol came at like 800 pg/ml (peak levels, they must be lower at the end of the week) and I read too many estradiol (specially mixing pills with injections) can cause blood clots and lessen my life span, so I wanted to ask you what should I do? Should I drop the pills and only injections or should I take 4mg pills like before? I definitely feel more feminine now but haven’t found any significant changes. Also my SHGB is very high, pregnancy levels. And my estrone is significantly higher than estradiol, which I’ve read is bad.

In my country there’s only patches, lenzetto spray and pills available legally. Hope you can help me! 💖💖
