Restaurants in Dublin for special occasion?

Hi, I’m looking for ideas for a nice restaurant in Dublin for my birthday. Near temple bar area, all restaurants seem to serve steak on the menu costing around €37. And they don’t look like the fanciest of places, such as elephant and castle. I prefer spending that money at a restaurant that doesn’t look like lack-of-effort American-fastfood decor. Do you have ideas for a nice steak or meat restaurant which is nice for a special occasion please?
