How to fix Irish Immigration Portal problem? (Pls Help)
Hi, l'm an international student who made an account for the immigration portal two days ago and my account hasn't moved past the "Account is authenticating. If not redirected, our team will contact you." message. The page refreshes on its own after every 10 seconds yet l'm not redirected and neither has anyone contacted me yet. I'm at a loss of what to do, there's no email to contact them regarding issues of portal and my VFS appointment is on the 29th of January after which I obviously won't have my passport on me to use for identification through "ID-Pal". The only email I've found is "[email protected]" who I've emailed and again, haven't responded.
Sorry for the yap, I'm just stuck in worry because of this portal that barely works. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Side note: I have tried to make the account once with my national Identification card during my last visa attempt and the account never got verified. Now I can't even get to the identification stage to use my passport this time.
