UTI symptoms but three negative at home tests - next steps?

F26, I take Trintellix (10mg) every day, no known medical issues except for anxiety.

I’ve had UTI symptoms for the past three days (fullness in bladder, mainly) and I did three home tests - all negative.

The pharmacist prescribed antibiotics in case but I’m wondering if I can do anything else? I’d rather no take them if I don’t have to.
