Severe reaction to vaccines, or something else?

I (48F) had a really scary experience last night, and I’m not sure what happened- hoping someone here has insight.

Event: while sitting on the couch with my husband, just talking about our day, i suddenly got a really intense muscle cramp in my left calf. As the cramp intensified, I started to feel the muscles in my abdomen get really tight, similar to my calf cramp but less painful. Then, as the cramps in my leg and abdomen began to subside, a feeling of pain and tightness began in my chest. Within seconds of the chest pain starting, I realized that I could only breathe very shallow and I felt like I was gasping for air. I started losing vision and I couldn’t hear very well (I’ve had this feeling right before passing out once), but I never lost consciousness. My husband grabbed our blood pressure cuff and it registered at 51/30. A few minutes later it was 53/34. I told my husband immediately when my chest started hurting that I needed to go to urgent care or the hospital. As he was grabbing shoes and keys, he stopped and laid me down and propped my legs up (not sure why), and told me to try to breathe slowly. When I tried to get up, everything went black and got really sick like I would throw up, so I laid right back down. As I laid there, my symptoms slowly eased and I kept telling my husband to wait (to take me to UC). All of this, from initial calf cramp to when I finally stopped feeling like I was gasping for air, was probably about 20 minutes, but it felt like hours. The after-symptoms were asthma flare, left arm and left leg pain, chest pain and tightness (much less so) mostly left sided, throat pain, headache.

Lead up to event: I had gotten my Covid and flu vaccinations about 4-5 hours before the initial event. They were both done in my left deltoid. (I didn’t relate it to my symptoms until my husband brought it up.) I’ve definitely had the Covid and flu vaccinations together several times in the last few years, and had no symptoms like this. I recently (<3 months) started a new medication- Sertraline, 150 mg/day, and I’ve had a lot of issues adjusting to that with symptoms that are mostly GI related. I also take maintenance meds- atenolol, montelukast, a couple of inhalers for asthma, birth control, vitamin D, B12, iron, and loratadine (for allergies).

I truly thought I was either having a heart attack or aortic aneurysm, even after the symptoms started to subside. I didn’t end up going to UC or ED because once my symptoms fully resolved about an hour and a half later, I felt fine other than the asthma flare. Does this sound like a reaction to one or both vaccines?

Edit for bad spelling
