Analog clock issue

Hi everyone,

I've just had my 2018 Arteon for 3 months and Ive just noticed that my analog clock has sunken in and is now essentially tilting towards me. Went to my local dealership to get it fixed but they quoted me $200 just to diagnose the problem with the earliest availability to do so in early 2023.

Any suggestions or guides available for me to remove the front dash to have a look myself? I'd much rather diagnose the issue myself rather than throw money at someone to tell me the obvious.
