auto downloads wont turn off?

not sure if this is the right sub to post this on but, i don’t download my music (i have unlimited data) but i cannot turn this setting off. it turns back on by itself and i’ve tried a bunch. its getting frustrating and i’ve only noticed this since updating to ios 18 (i have a 13 pro). any suggestions or help would be appreciated
