Yo! Was wondering if anyone knows anything about these condos? I walk by them on my way back home from class daily and almost all of the units are seemingly unoccupied—either pitch black with the blinds up or pitch black with the blinds down. I may be making a deal out of this (and I know I shouldn’t be looking inside of people’s windows 😭) but I find it really really mysterious that I have never seen a single person in these condos.
