Post infusion results

I had 5 iron infusions over 5 weeks. I’m now 2 weeks post infusions and the only difference I’m really feeling is a decrease in my craving for ice, lol. Still exhausted, run down, muscle weakness, etc

I just had blood work done today and this is the change in results:

Before infusions:

Ferritin 1.8 ng/ml Iron 17 ug/dl TIBC 413 ug/dl Hemoglobin 9 g/dl Hematocrit 35.3%

After infusions:

Ferritin 39.7 ng/ml Iron 35 ug/dl TIBC 327 ug/dl Hemoglobin 12.4 g/dl Hematocrit 42.5%

I’m a little concerned that my TIBC has gone down post infusions and that my Iron is still in the low range. Anyone else experienced anything similar?
