I'm autistic, scared, and want to leave.

For background; I'm 24, live in a SUPER conservative family in a red state, queer (family doesn't know), and am wanting to flee the US before things get worse. I have an associate's degree in IT and am working towards loading up on certifications (since they're more valued than education in this field). Only problem, I'm not sure if any country would take me. Being disabled already makes things hard and I know some countries won't let me move there simply because I have autism and a lower back injury. But at the same time, I have knowledge in a field that will always be in demand.

I never though I would be in a spot where I have to leave my home for my own safety, but thats where we are. I was aiming for somewhere in Europe, I was looking at the UK, France, Sweden, or Finland (since I've heard good things about them and I know someone in France I might be able to move in with). What I don't know is what I need to do to actually make it happen (besides getting a passport) and I need to make a final decision as to where to go. Is there anything I need to know about these countries that might influence my decision? Besides getting a passport, how would I go about actually moving to any of these countries?
