I was sexually harassed today

I want to know if there’s any legal action I can pursue. It’s currently and ongoing investigation but I was sexually harassed and touched by a male coworker today and was told by a member of security that this isn’t the guys first offense and that he harassed another woman not too long ago, meaning my situation could have been avoided. I can’t afford to lose this job, so if they don’t get rid of him, can’t I pursue anything legal?

Edit: I DID REPORT IT TO PXT/ HR AND THERE IS AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION
