Dell Alienware AW3225QF - 4k OLED

Hi all - seriously looking at purchasing the Dell AW3225QF 4K OLED and would use it for console gaming (XBOXX) and also for work. It would be a secondary monitor to my laptop. Does anyone use this monitor for work purposes and how has your experience been with potential burn-in and text clarity. I typically work in spreadsheets for maybe an hour or 2 at a time, use bluebeam to review construction documents and have emails open in outlook. Should I be concerned about text clarity and burn-in?

I was going to pull the trigger last night (it was on sale for $899 plus I had a coupon code) but wanted to get some questions answered first. Now it's back to full price to depending on what folks have to say, I was going to call Dell and hope they honor the sale price, so we'll see. Thanks All.
