Lost phone with airtel sim and issue activating new sim
I lost a phone on 15th march 2024 with a physical AIRTEL sim in it. Next day i went to AIRTEL auth. store to get it blocked and a new sim issued, where they gave me new sim and said it will be activated in 4 hours. 10 hours has passed and when i put new sim in phone flash SMS says "activation request is not received yet" and then signal bars turns grey with a cross. But when i was at store i already had received SMS that "activation request for sim transfer from sim no. xxxx to sim no. xxxx has been received". Sim has not activated yet and no help from sending SMS "SIM<20 digit sim no>" to 121 and customer care does not pick up. Help me activate and use it as it is needed to login to most of my accounts and apps.
