Who can legally do IV drips in Adelaide?

I really thought that was a medical thing only. Just got an ad from a spa I sometimes visit and they are offering Hydration and multivitamin IV drips as a treatment...... Yeah like do people actually do this?

Wouldn't they have to have some kind of medical clearance?
