What was the eldar empire like?

So, I was reading a post the other day and saw people flaming daot humans when comparing them to the aeldari empire. Apparently, a singular eldar was basically stated to be a stronger pysker than Mephiston and there are trillions if not, hundreds of trillions (maybe even more consider daot was in the quadrillions). Daot humans are the same guys who used imperial knights to bring them tea, blew up stars cause they can, built machines that ate SPACE and TIME cause they also can, had millions of men of iron who had custodes stats/superior weapons and had a ship which fired black holes and tachyons to send you back in time a bit so they would connect? and they’d track you in a literal warp storm? And the eldar easily beat them? I’d imagine a single eldar being more close to being below ahriman in terms of pure pyskering, with some stronger ones dwarfing mephiston and the strongest being slightly above magnus the red. I’d also imagine that their tech was indisputably superior in the psychic side but daot and necrons were superior on the realspace side. So tell me how they were and some other pre fall eldar lore, just because.
